2010年三月七日，中国公益2.0成立了一支草根技术团队，与中科大团队共同开始（面向草根公益）软件工具整理的知识库的建立。草根队伍的领队是李建博。中科大的领队是谢栋。
On March 7, 2010, NGO2.0 China Project built a grassroots ICT team led by Li Jianbo. The grassroots team will work with Xie Dong’s technology team at the University of Science and Technology to establish a knowledge system where useful ICT and Web 2.0 tools are deposited.
